As a Chartered Marketer and Fellow of the CIM, I'm proud to be one of only 3,000 marketers worldwide who are leading the industry and delivering long-lasting results for our clients. I love stats, analysing, and working closely with clients, but most of all, I love seeing their businesses grow.
Creative Director
Once upon a time, I jumped off the cliff and formed an agency with my wingman, Morgan. It feels like light years ago. I dreamt that one day, we would have an exceptional team of talented players, all so very different from each other, excelling in their positions and working beautifully together to form our first eleven.
That dream came true. It's been a crazy yet fulfilling journey. I'm realising now that the road beyond here has only just begun.
Technical Director
Looking after the tech stuff at D&M for over 10 years and overseeing a fantastic Development team, specialising in WordPress, PHP, OpenCart, Shopify, SQL, and AI. I love the craft of elegant code and finding new ways to just do things better.

Senior Designer
As senior designer at D&M, I specialise in bringing creativity to every project I work on, whether it's branding, web design, print, or digital. I love creating client relationships and making sure they receive the best service and creative outcomes from me and the D&M team.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, especially with my little four-legged bundle of energy Rosie, who never rests and keeps me active.
Senior Marketer
Having worked in marketing for over 10 years, I've got a passion for working with clients to create outstanding marketing campaigns. I've worked across many areas of marketing, digital marketing is my passion. Think social media, email marketing, sponsored advertising, WhatsApp marketing etc.
I love working with our clients and the team at D&M and I'm probably best known for my organisation skills, whether it's project managing marketing campaigns, reporting on results or managing our HQ. I love a plan.
Senior Designer
My role is one of the creatives within the most innovative and passionate teams I have ever worked with. Proud to be a part of the D&M journey. My aim is to contribute impactful visual experiences and deliver outstanding design solutions for all our wonderful clients.
Sum me up in a few words: Scottish Twanged / Family Loving / Culinary Enthusiast (or in other words just a bit greedy) / Cuddle Maker / Football & Dance Mum.
Print Specialist
I'm a man of many talents, especially 'one-liners'.
When I'm not entertaining everybody in the studio, I'm utilising my 25 years in print. I know everything there is to know about Lithography, Digital, Lamination and Foil, so if you need some great advice of what goes on between the sheets (of paper of course), then I'm your man. I love being a part of such a great team at D&M, I just wish Burnley FC had an equivalent first eleven.
Social Media Expert
As a social media guru... I focus on improving clients' online presence through effective social media strategies. I'm hardworking, efficient, and work with clients to ensure they gain the best results. As a fun fact, I can raise each eyebrow separately (like the Dairy Milk advert!)
In my free time, I enjoy watching Burnley, running, and catching up with friends at the pub.
Social Media Apprentice
I joined D&M as a Digital marketing apprentice looking to learn all things social media, ad campaigns & content creation. As the youngest part of the team, I aim to bring a new perceptive and use my degree knowledge to support my work. My favourite thing to do is go on holiday and explore new places.
I am enjoying working with a range of new people and businesses to gain academic and real life experience and start my career within marketing with a great team!
Web Developer
Web developer and resident "Prince of darkness" of the office. Armed with a first-class degree in Computing Science from Staffordshire University, I specialise in crafting code. I built an augmented reality app for a D&M client as part of my dissertation so I know quite a bit about iOS app development too.
In my free time, I proudly embrace my inner nerd—whether it's movies, video games, or anything tech-related... basically anything nerdy is up my alley!
Web Developer
True to form, Luke, a man of purely 'straight talking words' opted to write nothing about himself, so we did it for him. A proud Yorkshireman, loyal Leeds United supporter and World Champion Tea Drinker, Luke brings an aura of calm to the studio. Luke has a sense of humour so dry; he could dehydrate a cactus in a rainforest.
Jokes aside, Luke is a brilliant CSS coder, a true team player and an all-round tip top Yorkshire fella.
Web Developer
I'm a puzzle-solving web developer who thrives in creative teams like D&M, where everyone plays to their strengths to build something exceptional. I believe there's no problem that can't be solved with the right combination of logic and code.
With a competitive streak and a completionist mindset, I'm always pushing to level up. When I'm not coding, I'm spending quality time with my wife, two kids, and our two incredible dogs. There's always something new to learn, and I'm here for it all. "Never give up, keep leveling up!"
