Clarke Carlisle Foundation For Dual Diagnosis

A professional footballer for 17 years, Clarke Carlisle spent the last 13 of those years suffering from a Complex Depressive Disorder. Clarke encountered many social and personal difficulties. The combination of an undiagnosed illness and being emotionally illiterate, meant he developed coping strategies that were totally destructive and compounded his depression.

Project Requirements

Clarke approached us in 2017 to develop a brand identity for the Foundation. The brief involved creating an identity that encompassed both sensitivity and depth for such a well known public figure. Vector Illustrations were carefully crafted and white space, striking imagery was developed. The ambition for the Foundation is to build a National Centre for Dual Diagnosis that aims to offer a very different, personal approach to mental health treatment.
