East Lancashire Warehousing (ELW) employs approximately 100 staff and is based close to the M65 near Blackburn. They run the UK Pallets franchise in the region and move in excess of 100 pallets every day. ELW initially needed their corporate ID strengthening and new stationery developing. This soon developed in other areas including a direct mail piece for the UK Pallets side of the business. This reinforced ELW’s branding and contained a simple and clear yet strong message. Other work for ELW includes developing a new website, a photo library and various advertising.

Our 6 week 3D mail campaign targeted 473 prospects who were highlighted after very strict criteria was specified. The objective of the campaign was to build brand awareness and invite people to attend a workshop run jointly by NetCentrix and a hardware manufacturer. Backed by a telemarketing campaign, we received in excess of 40 positive responses, which have lead to some excellent opportunities for our client.
